This is "The real McCoy". Masterly roasted in small batches as it's ordered to ensure optimum freshness. The roasting profile is a "French Roast". This is a dark shade of brown and is a bold roast for an origin coffee. Oil will begin to emerge from the beans slightly after roasting and continue to as the coffee blooms

"We have used your regular Jamaica blue mountain coffee many times in the past, and are trying this brand for the first time. We prefer dark roasts and must set our coffee machine to ""strong"" to get the taste we prefer. Having said that we find it is quite a good blend."
