Coffee Sourcing & Roasting Practices
All sourced in person with our unique perspective and unmatched experience. Less than 1% of specialty grade coffee live up to our standards. We roast by hand & eye by artisanal masters using a forgotten and traditional process which is our proprietary secret. Our roasting equipment are from the turn of the century (1900's) that are no longer used in the modern industry yet produce a superior roast with an unmatched depth of flavor.
Allergen Free
All of our coffees are allergen free. In addition to this, please be advised that our entire facilty is free of any allergens; therefore, none of our equipment is used to process products containing allergens.
Our flavors are certified allergen free. They do not contain any wheat or gluten products, wheat, rye, barley or their derivatives, milk products, dairy products, dairy derivatives, eggs, egg products, soy, soy products, seeds, tree nuts, peanut products, and other legumes or seafood products, fish or shellfish, celery, mustard, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
Mold & Mycotoxin Free
All of our coffees are regularly tested for mold, yeast, mycotoxin & bacteria by an independent laboratory and has been negative for any of the stated 100% of the time.
