"The 3 stars review means I’m puzzled why all 4 bags of freshly medium-roasted beans (roasted on the date I placed order) did not show any need for degassing. They are kept in a locked small cabinet since arrival and I checked every one or two days. No sign of gas in all 4 bags nor smell of coffee beans in the locked cabinet."
