"I have been trying to find beans for a perfect espresso - intense mouthfeel, predominant chocolate and caramel, crema and finish - for a long time. I came across Goldstar and this blend around 4 months ago. It matches most of the desired characteristics. If only it had better finish (long lingering taste on the palate) it would have been the holy grail for me :)"
