"The title says it all ! I am a home roaster with only a little knowledge of the roasting process, so i was very apprehensive in roasting this relatively expensive bean. To my joy (and my wallet's joy). . the roast came out fabulous !. From first mouthful to its lingering taste, i was so pleased. My wife briefly looked up from her Sodoku puzzle this morning and said ""Wow. . is this ever good coffee"" . I agreed. I didn't even need my little addition of sugar which tells me how great my roast was. I used a Behmor machine at high heat and then lowered the heat to about 50% at first crack. . I roasted it to a medium brown to get my preferred taste."
