"the coffee beans as bought were green and unroasted which would have normally been a problem but that is exactly what I ordered due to wanting to roast them myself in my big weird cast iron pan. If you want to order beans and then do a bad job of roasting them yourself then you should buy from here, but they also do a very good job roasting the beans themselves which id recommend highly. Five stars."

"This is my go-to unroasted green coffee beans right now. High quality beans without noticeable defects. It is uniquely fruity with rich flavour (wild note) room filling aroma, and if roasted dark, it will taste more of the chocolate without bitter after taste. Really satisfying to the eye and olfactory nodes. I've been roasting it to give as gifts to friends and family and they have been all delighted by its depth of flavor and freshness. Gold Star Coffee has been excellent to order from. They have good selection and prices with a quick delivery service. Very satisfied. Thank you!"
Taste good in Medium roast
"I like this beans when roasted in medium, but I don't like producing bit too much chaffs upon roasting, My roasting method the is the use of pop-cone maker may affect to this result."
