I think that I've figured out how to keep getting really fresh coffee.

I my case, I can wait until I'm down to my last half pound before I submit my order and my new supply arrives within 48 hours, which ensures my continuous coffee supply. Times might differ for other location depending on the shipping distance, but the predictable delivery time seems very consistent."

"I watched The Reluctant Tourist with Eugene Levy in Costa Rica. He was told it was actually prohibited to sell bad quality coffee in Costa Rica so I had to check it out. A friend of mine brought some back after her trip and it was very good. So I sought it out in Canada and I found Gold Star Roasters. We order a few pounds and we both agreed it was as good as the coffee she brought back. This is our fourth order and it is consistently our first choice for daily coffee. I only drink two cups of coffee a day so I prefer really good coffee and this does it."

"Freshly roasted and I mean fresh, packaged well. Quick delivery! Purchased whole bean and when we grind exact amount for our drip coffee maker this coffee is out of this world! If you don’t know how to make coffee proprtly don’t waste your money. This coffee is far too good to put in a cheap coffee maker when it hasn’t been ground in a burr grinder and made as this coffee should be. I will be buying from this company over and over. Their Hawaiian and Tanzania is out of this world as well."
