Gold Star’s Founder, Master Roaster, Master Coffee Artisan has always been a coffee fanatic. He's travelled the globe to find rare and unique coffees since 1993.
He has created this simple yet “perfect” 2 bean blend for his most discerning pallet.
This “perfect” coffee was originally just for him to take home and enjoy, then it was spread as a gift to his extended family, then friends and finally clientele in the “know”
Now he offers to roast it daily (in limited 20lb quantities) for you.

Great coffee for french press
"Note that this is NOT for espresso - your espresso will get very bitter with this beans. But, once I tried french press, the bitterness was completely gone and I got a great cup of joe. Probably also works for pour over, but I never tried that. The flavour profile is similar to the famous Jamaica Blue Mountain. Very impressive!"
